Storywalk® @ the PCDL in Ottoville!

Catch the Bus to Drowsytown StoryWalk®

We are pleased to announce the opening of a StoryWalk® on the walking trail between Ottoville Local School and the Ottoville Park.  The children's book, Catch the Bus to Drowsytown by Jay Morehart, will be on display through December 18th.

Patrons who visit the StoryWalk®  are able to enter a drawing via Beanstack or by visiting the Ottoville Location of the PCDL to win a signed copy of the book on display.

StoryWalk® is an innovative and delightful way for children - and adults! - to enjoy reading and the outdoors at the same time. As you walk the trail, you're directed to the next page in the story.

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.  Storywalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.”

StoryWalks® have been installed in 50 states and 13 countries including, Germany, Canada, England, Bermuda, Russia, Malaysia, Pakistan and South Korea!

This project was completed with the Putnam County District Library, PCDL Friends and EAS signs.
